To register for a class at Bella Moon Studios please follow these steps.
1. Call Shannon at 905 320 4038 to reserve your Childs place in the class of your choice.
2. Print off a registration form; attach a cheque for $225.00 made out to Bella Moon Studios.
Please do not post date cheques. Payment is due upon registration.
3. Mail your registration package to 2000 Appleby Line, Suite 237, Burlington, ON L7M 7H7
4. Your registration is now complete. Bella Moon Studios will not contact you once your package
is received. Once you send in your registration package your are registered. In the event
your package is not received we will call you before we take your Childs name off our class list.
Dress Code
Dance attire & shoes may be purchased at a variety of local stores. Options include Zellers, Payless, Kiddie Cobbler and Dance Time. There is no additional costume fees involved for recitals. Students will perform their recital pieces in their regular ballet attire with props supplied by Bella Moon Studios.
Ballet classes Kiddie Hop
- pink bodysuit - running shoes
- white tights - comfortable movement pants or shorts
- pink ballet slippers (cloth or leather) - comfortable t-shirt or tank
- ballet skirt/tutu-optional - no jeans
Musical Performance Jazz
- running shoes - black bodysuit
- comfortable movement pants/shorts - white tights
- comfortable t-shirt or tank - black jazz shoes
- no jeans
Creative Dance
- pink or black bodysuit
- white tights
- pink, black or white ballet or jazz shoes
